A global consultation process to determine what research DFID should be funding in the period 2008-2013, with a greatly increased budget of around £1bn, and how to get research into use was launched at the end of June 2007. A survey was hosted on the DFID website until 23 September 2007. See the news item on R4D giving details of the response to the survey here. Details of the consultation can be found here. Other online and face to face consultations are reported on the blog.
